L'ocaive is a large and slightly vegetated crag with some scope for further development. Most of the existing routes are in the the lower grades and give pleasant climbing on pocketed slabs. The most impressive feature of the crag, a large overhanging bay on its right-hand side, only yields a couple of routes at present. Most of the crag faces northwest so it is a good spot for hot weather but can be bitterly cold if there is a wind blowing.
