Ullswater offers relatively little bouldering but there are two venues worth a mention and both have very high quality problems. Rolling Rock was named after a massive trundle was made to clear the base of the best problem and it now has a handful of problems, including three classics, plus scope for exploration on a dozen other small blocks scattered nearby. Jungle Hobo is an outstanding V7. Dove Crag has virtually no bouldering but does have one isolated and excellent problem - Impailed, V8.
