A worthwhile addition to the bouldering in the Ariège, with a good set of problems in a lovely setting. The accessibility of the venue is a bonus: the extensive boulder-field is set in a forest just a seconds from the road. The rock is a rough, grippy granite, the area has been bouldered on for many years and there are several marked circuits. Many of the boulders were unearthed from thick vegetation. Local climbers undertake periodic re-cleaning to keep them in good condition but between times some may lose their appeal.
