We rented 6-la Huerta Milan between Christmas and New Year 2011. We climbed every day at El Chorro (allow 20 minutes by car). The house is very well equipped and comfortable, for a very competitive price. It has a large living room, cozy, with fireplace, ideal for meals together. It is located a little away from the village of Ardales, but the shops / restaurants are easily accessible on foot. It is a good compromise price / quality I recommend for climbers.
Thank you to Eryl for his availability and his home.

We stayed at Casa Elanor over Xmas 2011. There were just the two of us so Eryl gave us a really good price for the 9 days we were there. There was even a tree & Christmas presents waiting for us when we arrived (AND the presents were really good ones!!)
Really impressed with the accommodation, loads of space, well equipped kitchen, gas heater & two bathrooms.
For us it was just about the perfect location to get to crags around El Chorro, Turon, Desplomilandia in 20-30 minutes.
The weather was brilliant so we climbed every day & were totally shredded by the time we came home.
When we go back to the El Chorro area we’ll be booking through Ardales Village again, I can’t praise them highly enough. Many thanks.

10 of us stayed in Casa de la Plaza, in the small town of Ardales. A lovely villa, with 3 large double bedrooms, and 2 small twin rooms ( one very small). It is a new property for Ardales Village Rentals, and Eryl and Roland were on hand to sort out a few teething problems, and were very helpful. Lots of space, a lovely BBQ patio, and fire in the lower lounge. Excellent shops just minutes away, and easy drive to all the climbing areas. Very good value, we will definately rent from them again.

We went climbing for a week and stayed in Casa Ivan. A very nice place, one floor for hanging on the couch, one floor for sleeping and the kitchen on the top floor with a veranda with nice views. The Aldares village is charming and offers some basic restaurants/ bars. Definitly a good place to stay when climbing in El Chorro. It’s about a beautiful  20 minutes drive past the lakes.

We stayed at Villa 4 Vientos for a week in October 2011 and climbed almost every day at El Chorro and other local crags. Fantastic villa with everything you’d ever need including a pool. Easy to get to from Malaga and only 20mins to the crag. Best climbing hut we’ve ever stayed in!!
