<< Directa < José Gracia  |  Andrajosa > Jarra pellejos >>

140m. The 1st route put up on the face follows the obvious line of weakness. It is equipped with pegs and bolts. Take a rack.
The pitches are 5, 5, 6a, 4, 4.

If there are pegs and bolts they are not visible from the bottom of pitch one. Have any of the guidebook's contributors actually done this route? We had a go a few days ago and backed off: the start of pitch 1 is horrendously loose and the rest of it looks just as bad. Judging by the colour of the rock, the other pitches could also be dodgy? How about a warning and a loose rocks symbol?

We started from first two bolted pitches of "José Gracia". The third pitch 6a was also bolted. In last two unbolted pitches 4 (that actually one long pitch) we found a lot of loose rocks. As result my partner fell and broke two ribs.
