A parallel line to Ferry 1 but with a much harder start.

The start is stoopidly tough. You have to be tall and capable of 6c to get to the 2nd bolt. Save your fingers and pull up on your first quickdraw.

Completely agree, I watched for about 3 days and no one managed the start without cheating. The rest of the climb is nice though. It must have lost a hold at the bottom.
James - 03/Dec/02

I cleared a pile of rocks(cheating)from the bottom and then couldn't get off the ground...oh well.
Colin - 10/Dec/02

Clear away the pile of stones(!) take a high right foothold, pull up sharply and lay away leftwards with 3 fingers of yer right hand in a vague pocket. Crank up and slap for the rounded ledge. It took me ages to work it out. And it hurt.

Suggest you change the grade vote to include 6b&c!
Andy L. - 30/Jun/04

hard start but then quite easy, too allot of attempts to get the start, but once the good holds were worked out it wasn't that bad. so long as you arn't a dwarf
Rob Snell - 13/Jan/05

The start is tough and it does help if your tall but the pocket on the left after the layaway is good (although it bites) and this is the end of the dificulties really.
Jay - 22/Sep/05

I'd give it 6b+ for the start, i boulderd out the start. Mind you I had been trying 10 Secondi by mistake and couldnt touch that!
lithos - 24/Apr/06

Ruined by polished rock. Two hard moves to get off the ground, about 6bplus, then straightforward. Much better is Ferry 1, big holds so polish not so critical
