STONY BANK

The cliffs of Stony Bank have plenty of sport climbing on offer in the lower to mid-grades. The cliffs are situated not far above Gordale but are much higher and more exposed to the weather. Low Stony Bank and Platypus Buttress have the harder climbing whilst High Stony Bank has more to interest those looking for the mid grades. The majority of the sport climbs have not seen many ascents and some of the rock needs careful handling.
