Eastern Grit has arrived! Twelve lovely copies have just been dropped off at the Rockfax/UKC HQ and the book looks stunning. It is certainly a whopper and, although not visibly much thicker than Peak Bouldering, it does have 16 more pages.
The distributors now have plenty of stock and it is in most of the specialist outdoor shops so you can get hold a copy either by ordering here, or visiting your local retailer.

yef again let down by the whole pre order joke – not bothered about price just preorder so I get it earlier and instead I expect even Cotswold will get theirs before me total rubbish and not the first time

We always send out the pre-orders as soon as we received stock. They are then delivered by the post or some other delivery system. At the same time we send out the stock to the shops which again is usually by a delivery system. Occasionally (as in this case) Richard from Cordee will drive the books to one of the key shops to get them there for a weekend, but usually they are on the same delivery scheme as the pre-orders.
If you ordered by post you may get your book tomorrow morning although it is more likely to be Monday. Apart from two shops, all others will receive their stock on Moday as well.
We would have been able to get you the book today had it not been for a ferry delay to the lorry which I’m afraid we have no control over.
Apologies in this case but let me assure you that you are getting the book as soon as possible and before the majority of the shops (and for £5 less than elsewhere).
