It’s set to rain a lot in the coming days and quite a bit in the next 2 weeks! We’re in a van so can travel anywhere in the region, just looking for recommendations on crags that tend to stay. Looking for anything 6b-7b ish.

Hi,

Just wondering what forecast's you're using. The two I use here say it's wet this weekend and Monday and then Thursday and Friday after that back to sun? Also the accuracy for anything past 3-4 days is rubbish for forecasts here. I am not say it wont be wet but?

In terms of dry crags there isn't that many options - La Grotte Oréac will stay dry after a day of rain but after that starts to seep, I am guess that will have started after Thursdays and todays rain? The first few sectors at Freissinieres stay dry they have some big roofs over them, it takes a lot of rain to start to seep there. that's about it. A lot of the south facing crags will dry very quickly.

Cheers

Thanks so much! Appreciate it. Will try to get to a south facing crag tomorrow and hope its dry enough.
