Heading back out to Greece for a few weeks over Christmas and new year before moving on to Turkey.

Anywhere new to report?

Research has brought up Nestani and some newer developments ongoing around Sparti(climb Greece site). Has anyone been to these spots?

How has the weather been? Are the crags /tufas dry?

I climbed at Nestani in early November. A very fine crag with some very well-bolted and really good routes. Well worth a few visits. It was dry in early November but obviously I can't say now. Note that it faces North and its at a fair altitude so may be chilly.

Looking on Google maps it appears to be next to the motorway.....

Is that an issue?

No. You're high enough up and away from the motorway that it's not too noisy. It's actually a pretty scenic outlook.

Nope 

We've been to lagada a few times.

As have we .

You wouldn't have any info on the new developments by chance?

Some new stuff appeared in the logbooks but it only seems to be a small % of what looks to have been equipped.

There are some UK climbers who are bolting most of the new stuff, is that you?
