Indeed it was, but only one person suggested a way to pronounce Yr Wyddfa, which is at least a start.
The pronunciation suggestions in the article are a bit off IMO but I suppose they are better that what most non Welsh speakers will normally manage.

My Welsh friend whose name has a "dd" in it, said that dd is pronounced more like the start of the English word "the"
