But seriously. During lockdown we acquired a 5l container of hand sanitiser that we've been refilling small containers from. The trouble is that it's no longer a gel, it's pretty much water consistency and it leaks out of our regular small containers. Is there any way to make it a gel again? Or if not, what's the appropriate way to dispose of it?
I'd imagine that a large percentage is alcohol. I'd suggest that tonic, and a slice might work. Failing that, disposal by fire. Or drink enough until fire seems like a good and sensible idea.

Buy a box of chocolates and make your own liqueurs by squeezing a dollop of sanitiser into them through a carefully drilled hole. If you do it correctly, you can save the flakes of chocolate from the drilling and melt them to plug the hole.
