Whilst the naming of it is clearly wrong, his training advice sounded terrible relative to the task, the splitting of the legs was poor with the longest day's being hilly etc. Then a 0530 start today to coordinate with Zoe Ball's show... but then despite all these preventable hurdles he has some real stubborn motivation, yeah he's got public pressure etc.. but when you're doing 40milers back to back, off 10km training and little sleep he must have some drive to keep moving.
Thoughts, or is just me giving too much credit to a very average presenter?
