Over the last few years I've scanned a lot of my dad's old prints, negatives, and slides to dng using vuescan. I'm looking for suggestions on the easiest (and least expensive) way to batch convert the dng files to jpeg for easier viewing? There are too many for it to be practical to convert each file individually, do I'm looking for a batch tool.

I no longer have lightroom, which was what I had intended to use.

Any suggestions?

I’n fairly certain Darktable caters also this need. And it’s also free.

To add another option: XnView (a free, multiplatform image viewer and converter) will handle DNG files, and has a batch mode for coversions, so could do the job
