We are recruiting a Duty Manager for weekends and evening shifts. The position is a 22hr variable hour contract, with adhoc additional hours available. If you naturally inspire others and have a warm, energetic personality you will fit right in.

What we are looking for…
Warm, energetic personalities
2 years climbing experience, including indoor lead climbing at grade 6a
Relevant industry experience
Experience of leading a team
RCI or CWI qualifications as a minimum
Weekend and evening availability is essential

Job Description Post: Duty Manager Reporting to: Assistant Manager
Role purpose: Be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the facility, ensuring the health and safety of staff and customers, as well as working to guarantee that the highest standards of service and products are adhered to and delivered.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES 1. Retail Assistant 2. Any other reasonable duties, as required
DUTY MANAGER • Be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the facility • Management and mentoring of all staff including identifying training needs and conducting staff observations when required • Ensure the health and safety of staff and customers • Working to guarantee that the highest standards of service and products are adhered to and delivered • Ensure all membership requests, billing queries, booking allocations and centre emails are dealt with in line with company policies • Acting Manager and Front of House when required
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Securing and identifying new business and completing booking process • Developing Youth Programme, including talent scouting
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES • Instructors • Receptionists
