Hello all, 

what's the latest on conditions for the North Face of the Ben? 

Is majority of the snow gone now? any remaining snow likely to inhibit any major routes?

A recommended on another recent thread here's a really good webcam at the CIC hut.

Looks pretty mild and largely snow free if you go back in time to an image without clag.

Spot on thank you! When clag free, is this facing mostly direct to Tower Ridge? I can't quite work it out.

Tower ridge (Douglas Boulder) on R, observatory ridge in the middle, Orion face up on left.

Don't forget that it's looking upwards so any snow on ledges is unseen.

My mate did Centurion last Thursday and said it was T shirt weather
