Hey Guys. I’m currently looking for some new work outdoors but have little experience. I’ll be coming off the back of managing an indoor wall and I do enjoy outdoor climbing (sport and trad) but I have no RCI or MT quals to let me work outside. Does anyone know of any companies that’d take me on, train me up and give me a job? Preferably abroad. All answers are much appreciated ☺️🙏
