Error attempting to login to app

App keeps saying:

"Login Successful, Your UKC/Rockfax account is currently inactive"

Any idea what this means? I thought it was possible to see climbs ticks regardless of whether I pay to  subscribe?

Hi Fiona,

So you've signed in. Under Logbook, is your logbook showing? Admitadily we've had quite a lot of issues with this recently and so we are working on an overhaul of it.

That message just indicates you won't be able to download Rockfax crags. We have to be vague due to the rules of being on the App / Play store.

Ah OK, that's fine, many thanks for clarifying. I eventually worked out how to get to climbs I'd logged via logbook.

The red error box made me think it was broken.
