Please can we get the option to cache UKC Crags for logging ascents while offline?

This would be useful for climbing in areas with no Rockfax and no cell service.

I believe the Rockfax app lets you do this.

I'm testing it now with airplane mode but I can't get it to work

put all the routes in your wishlist, then try it

It's a bit more complicated than just enabling caching to work offline. The whole site will need to be setup as a progressive web app (PWA) and the crag page rewritten to handle offline data and then syncing of any new logbook data in the background when the internet connection is restored. It's on the to-do list but in the distant future at the moment I'm afraid.

It would be a great feature Paul - I was at an unfamiliar venue last week, with patchy mobile. I had the Rockfax bouldering guide and UKC listed a blend of RF content, Vertebrate content and a few other bits of pieces. Being able to look at the offline content would have been brilliant to reconcile what I saw in front of me with the guide and other problems. I get what you say technically, no small task I'm sure.
