Can anyone recommend a physio in the Glasgow area who knows about climbing injuries? I have a finger issue which I believe is synovitis. Ideally I'd like to find someone who has treated it before. Recommendations further afield would also be welcome if there is noone local to me.
I'd highly recommend getting a remote consultation with Process Physiotherapy. They treated me for a tenosynovitis issue in my wrist that had been hanging around for months - all done over zoom but I don't feel that that affected the level of service. They have loads of knowledge on climbing specific injuries & building resilience imo.
I second this. Recently saw process physio via zoom. First for an acute finger injury and then for synovitis. My fingers are vastly improved and almost better now.
