Hello, In the past few months I've started to feel soreness around my a2 and pip in most of my fingers while climbing continuing few minutes , I believe it started when I started moonboarding too much 2 months ago, since then I took 2 weeks break which improved the soreness and made it tolerable but it's still hurting my ability, I can't find any correlation on when it happens because sometimes when I warm up my fingers the soreness disappear and sometimes not, but last week when I went outdoor I got up without real warm up for the fingers on crimpy routes above my grades I felt great. and then yesterday after a 3 days break I climbed indoor with warm up and my fingers got sored on easier routes. does someone had something similar an can help?
