Keeping strong on crutches

It’s happened again, another few weeks on crutches with a knee injury. 
 

Im looking for inspiration to keep me as fit and healthy as possible during this downtime. Anyone got a training plan they used in the past for upper body? I’ve never really trained much. Kinda lost when it comes to anything outside of a couple of warm up pull ups. 
 

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I would 100% recommend a beastmaker fingerboard routine. I did 3months almost entirely fingerboarding following ankle surgery before a Font trip and then sent my hardest! Could have been added to by the joy of getting back on rock again as well

You probably know this already as you imply you've been on crutches before

I was on crutches for 6 weeks 18 months ago (broken ankle) and was surprised, when they took the cast off and said you can walk home, just how much my left hip had seized up just from holding my leg up all the time

Remember to stretch out your hips
