Hi.

At the my latest trip to Sheffield I lead climbed at The Foundry - another vertical F4 with side pulls and jugs - then tried another one on steeper ground but only managed to get just below half way. Strange thing though, I down-climbed to the floor instead of the usual letting go etc.

The following day at Depot Sheffield, due to the Wideboyz Crack Fest most a lot of the centre  including the Competition Wall was out of use due to setting so Euan and myself decided to do heel hook drills amongst other things like dynamic movement practice on steep stuff angles and footwork stuff on the traverse.

Guess who was climbing there and was also climbing there the time before last - but I was not sure?! 🤗
