After yesterday's session at the wall I've a pain in my right collarbone. Not sure what caused it but it's what I'd call a "niggle" rather than an injury. I've only just started climbing again. I normally go climbing a few times a week. Should I rest it until it's completely pain-free? is it worth just going again tomorrow and see how it feels?
