Hi, I am just getting back into climbing after a few years off. I am getting a lot of elbow and shoulder problems from historic injuries that I ignored back in the day. Now they seem to hurt a lot more and limit what I can do. It’s  time to get them sorted. 
So I am looking for recommendations of a good climbing focused physio in the Aberdeen area. Thanks
