so the inevitable has happened. regular use of my home system board keeps my fingers strong over lockdown but my shoulders have weakened resulting in a deltoid strain. Boo.
has anyone got any experience of how to regain shoulder strength safely once my deltoid strain has healed.

I've been following Hoopers beta home shoulder circuit (on You Tube). It has a good breadth of exercises and I like the idea of a circuit designed by a physio - you do need a Theraband though.
