Anyone have any experience overcoming this ? I've had it a few times, normally going away on a climbing trip causes the injury to settle down, however, a few weeks back to training and it seems to flare up again due to the intensity.

Any ideas ? Not much out there really

Apparently finger curls can be good ?

I get the same in the DIP joint.  Crimping is bad for me (indoor walls). No problems outside, so I try and stay away from fingery problems inside

Sounds like a good excuse for a long road trip?
