Has anyone been to Vicarage Cliff recently, and if so is there a fixed rope on the descent? I'm going there later this week and I'd prefer not to have to carry an extra rope!
I went in Feb and definitely less than 100% sure, but I think there is a very old and dirty blue plastic rope. The final part of the approach is a steep and loose descent. My advice would be to take a rope as you may wish to back up whatever is there.
