I climbed this on Sun, the hold was rather forlornly lying at the bottom but it was pretty straightforward to use the higher part and I don't think it affected the grade at all.
If someone was so inclined it would be a simple glue job, but I don't think that's the prevailing ethic on grit, and luckily I don't think affects the climb (unless you were really short)

I seem to recall I started with my left foot on the good low foot and right with a toe/heel round the right arete allowing me to clamp on for the start. It felt nails with both feet square on.
